Managing User Notifications

Adding additional users to receive notifications within Shoplift

If you'd like to add team members to receive test notifications by email or SMS, from within Shoplift, go to Settings > My Account. Click Edit profile settings.

Beneath your primary contact, you'll see an Add contact button. Click the Add contact button to add a new staff contact, and fill in their information. Once you've finished, click Save changes.

Then go to Notifications within the settings page. Your newly added contact will be displayed, and you can adjust their email or SMS notification preferences by clicking the toggles for Product updates, Test updates, and Plan alerts.

By default, new contacts will inherit the notification settings from the primary contact for the account.
