Managing Team Access

How Shoplift user accounts work

All Shoplift accounts are created at the store level, so by default, any staff member from your store with app access can log into Shoplift and create or view tests.

How to grant or limit staff member access to Shoplift

If you'd like to grant or limit which staff members have access to Shoplift, simply go into your Shopify admin and click Settings. From there, click Users and permissions and select the staff member for whom you'd like to adjust permissions. Scroll down to App permissions and check or uncheck Shoplift, depending on if you want to grant or remove permissions.
