# $0 Order Reporting

#### Overview

Shoplift's A/B test reports are designed to track and optimize high-impact revenue-generating conversions. By default, the reporting engine excludes orders valued at $0.00 (*or local currency equivalent*) to ensure that standard conversion rate and revenue metrics are focused solely on paid transactions.

However, many high-growth strategies rely on optimizing the conversion of non-revenue-generating orders, such as:

* Free Samples or trials
* Free Product + Paid Shipping promotions
* Gifting

The $0 Order Reporting Preference is a global setting that allows you to include these specific transactions in your test reports, providing a complete view of visitor conversion behavior regardless of order value.

#### Configuration

This is a global setting that affects how data is processed for all tests running on your store.

1. Navigate to the Shoplift App.
2. Go to **Settings > Preferences**
3. Locate the toggle switch labeled: Include $0 orders in test reports.

#### Impact on Reporting

Enabling this feature will directly impact your Orders count and the resulting Conversion Rate metric within your A/B test reports:
